SAVORY GoBeNUTS

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Turmeric
  • 3 Garlic cloves peeled and sliced (not diced)
  • 2 Sprigs fresh Rosemary
  • Sea salt to taste

HOW TO:

In a cast-iron pan, on low, simmer the garlic, rosemary, and turmeric in olive oil for 5 minutes. Throw in the almonds and toss it all around for 10 more minutes on med-low. Salt to taste.

Drizzle a bit more olive oil on. Serve in a bowl, or throw ’em in a gift bag!
